2. Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards and Apple/ Goggle pay.

4. Shipping: Orders ship Monday- Wednesday to ensure freshness. All orders are packed with insulated liners and gel packs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Microgreens are perishable; we cannot guarantee delivery quality beyond are control.

 

5. Returns & Refunds: Because microgreens are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping issues, please contact us within 24 hours for a possible replacement or credit at our discretion.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for: Delays in shipping, Damaged caused by carriers, misdelivery due to incorrect addresses. Our Liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of our goods.
